This course is suitable for beginners and those with some experience in the industry. It will equip learners to work in numerous HR support positions across large, medium, or small businesses. The course covers digital collaboration, document writing, effective workplace relationships, HR functions and processes, employee lifecycle coordination, industrial relations procedures, WHS policies, performance development, learning and development for teams and individuals, and project work.
Learning materials are accessed through OpenSpace, and the course is delivered online. Upon completion of the course, learners may pursue further studies such as the BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resources Management or BSB50120 Diploma of Business.
