It begins by establishing a strong networking foundation, encompassing the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of small to medium network environments (CCNA1). This prepares you for working in various IT environments.
The networking knowledge acquired in the initial group of electives complements the subsequent group, which delves into introductory cyber security skills. Here, you’ll learn to identify and recognize threats, risks, and vulnerabilities in the cyber security landscape while understanding how to secure and protect a PC.

Applicants must have successfully completed Year 11 or equivalent or be of mature age. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Holmesglen also requires that all applicants possess the following abilities:
